A data-first audit found the gaps previous agencies had left in tracking; CRM and analytics were integrated into one view of the customer journey. With the foundation solid, spend finally scaled the way it was supposed to. The company broke its sales records two months running on the channels we managed.

A data-matching software startup with rollercoaster PPC and no way to plan around it. We built the personas with their best salespeople, restructured search around buying intent, and wired Salesforce to track every lead from first click to signed contract, then fed what closed back into the bidding. Landing pages built per persona more than doubled conversion rates. Two and a half years later, 360Science was acquired by enterprise data giant Syniti.

A London law firm’s new employment department needed clients where none existed. We mapped the market and forecast the economics first, built lead tracking from click to signed instruction, cut the wasted spend keyword by keyword, and designed landing pages that more than doubled conversion rates. The firm became the most visible settlement-agreement advertiser in London.

Twenty scattered campaigns became two focused ones. HubSpot was wired directly to the ad platforms, so spend finally connected to real revenue. That exposed where leads were unqualified, and where they were worth ten times more. New landing pages were built from AI analysis of hundreds of customer reviews: the messaging answered the fears buyers actually had.

An antivirus pioneer competing against household names needed its advertising to work harder. With ESET’s in-house team we launched display and YouTube campaigns for privacy-conscious buyers, matched ad copy and landing pages to each customer segment, and restructured paid search and shopping with custom bidding scripts, then let attribution modelling drive the monthly refinements.

A UK book retailer on Shopify, taken from single-market Google Ads into US expansion: market configuration, US feeds, and Search and Shopping campaigns built for launch.
